  3. Sofreímos la cebolla el ajo y las hojas de laurel a fuego medio. También añade el chile verde picado, hasta que transparente la cebolla.
  4. Mezclamos el jengibre, el comino, el pimiento rojo en polvo y la cúrcuma con el puré de la lata y lo agregamos al sartén y dejamos cocinar 5 minutitos tapado a fuego bajo.
  5. Ahora añade las sardinas y con mucho cuidado puedes separarlas para que se impregne bien de salsa. Deja 2 min a fuego bajo.
  6. Puedes acompañar con arroz blanco y ensalada o igual con una tortilla o incluso hacer empanadas😍.
