Mezclamos perfectamente bien, dejamos enfriar un momento, lo agregamos a nuestros recipientes y lo llevamos al refrigerador por un mínimo de 3 hrs


- Para nuestro coulis, licuaremos las fresas con el azúcar y las pimientas, cuando todo este perfectamente licuado las pasamos al fuego.
Reducimos a fuego medio y estará listo


- Desmontamos nuestra panna cotta y la montamos a nuestro gusto, en mi caso usé una base de galleta con masa sucre, coral comestible, un coulis de fresa por encima y unos suspiros de merengue para dar otra textura
