  3. Una vez que la cebolla y el ajo estén listos agregamos la carne de cerdo, res y mezclamos hasta que tenga una consistencia razonable.agregamos 2 puños de orégano (orégano en hojas molidas)mezclamos y agregamos sal hasta que tenga un sabor saladito
  4. Agregamos el puré de tomate al primer hervor agregamos 1 cucharada y media de azúcar hasta perder el sabor ácidito del puré de tomate dejamos hervir por 2 horas ah fuego alto sin dejar de mover(peligro a quemarse) y después 1 hora ah fuego medió sin dejar de mover. Y listo para servir acompañado de tu pasta
  5. Para el spaghetti se necesita suficiente agua sal y aceite dejar hervir por lo menos 10 minutos luego escurrir y enjuagar y listo para servir acompañado de la salsa bolognesa
