la primera vez que quise hacer uno frijoles charros descubrí que hay tantas recetas por lo que fue difícil decidrme por una, segui probando varias recetas y con el tiempo fui quedandome con mi propia receta, aquí esta una más.

- 1/2 salchicha para asar del tipo polaca
- 4 chuletas de cerdo ahumadas
- 250 g tocino ahumado
- 1 chile jalapeño
- 1/2 cebolla blanca
- 1/2 bola chorizo
- 2 tomates huaje
- 1 puñado cilantro sin tallo

- Se corta la cebolla en juliana, al chile se le quitan venas y semillas y se corta a la mitad y cada mitad en juliana, a las chuletas se les retira el hueso se cortan en cuadros grandes, la salchicha polaca se corta en medias lunas y el tocino se pica en trozos grandes.
*nada más mexicano que guardar los frijoles en un bote de yogurth :)
- En una olla con un poco de aceite, se pone la cebolla y el chile, cuando la cebolla esté un poco transparente, reservamos



- En la misma olla, se agrega la chuleta, la salchicha y el tocino, se guisara durante 5 minutos, a que las distintas carnes se vean un poco doradas.
* nota: yo usé tocino de pavo, si se va a usar tocino de cerdo, este le tomara más tiempo, por lo que seria conveniente guisarlo antes por unos minutos y después añadir la chuleta y la salchicha
- En la olla con nuestras carnes ya doradas, agregamos el chorizo, la cebolla y los chiles que habíamos reservado y guisamos durante 5 minutos, moviendo frecuentemente para que no se queme.


- Por último se agrega el bote de frijoles con un poco de caldo de los mismos.
agregar el cilantro y los tomates picados, tapar y dejar cocer a fuego bajo por 30 minutos.
(perdí las ultimas fotos, por eso no sale el cilantro, ni el tomate ni los frijoles norteños ya cocidos y servidos, se las debo para la próxima)

- Yo no le pongo sal ni pimienta extra, ya que todos estos ingredientes aportan mucho sabor, pero si necesita más, poner sal y pimienta al gusto antes de servir.
