- Tomar el bolillo partirlo a la mitad y remojarlo o untarle la salsa del paso uno. Mientras se pone bastante aceite en un sartén a fuego alto.
- Freír el bolillo en el sartén por los dos lados (dejarlo freír un par de minutos por cada lado)
- Poner el bolillo en un plato y rellenarlo con las papas y el chorizo. Añadir crema, queso fresco y lechuga.
